Partial Planning is ideal for couples who have already started planning but need professional guidance to bring everything together. Typically beginning around 6 months before your wedding, this service includes vendor management, contract review, budget oversight, and coordination with your venue. We help finalize details, create a wedding day timeline, and manage logistics such as transportation and floor plans. With an event assistant on site, we ensure your wedding day runs smoothly and that everything is executed according to plan, allowing you to relax and enjoy your celebration.
Day-Of Coordination is perfect for couples who have completed the planning process but want professional support to manage the final details and logistics. Starting 4–6 weeks before your wedding, we review all vendors, confirm transportation logistics, finalize floor plans, and create a detailed event day timeline. On the wedding day, we ensure everything runs smoothly, coordinate with venue staff and vendors, and oversee the execution of your timeline. With an event assistant on site for up to 8 hours, we handle the behind-the-scenes details so you can fully enjoy your wedding day.
